Job Purpose:
The advertising executive main tasks are the social media and digital operational work. The Advertising Executive support in web content on all digital platforms. Assist Contact strategy Manager to develop and deploy materials in respecting brand guidelines for Renault and Dacia. Maintain level of engagement with the brand on social network and our followers. Manage all product contents, hard and soft under the control of the Contact Strategy Manager. Main part of the role is also copywriting for various material and web and proof reading.

Job Description
Marketing coordination
• Responsible for the promotion logistics budget and invoices.
• Main contact towards brochure stock-supplier.
• Secure stock of brochures per model and also responsible for the web shop online
• Support in brochure production and translations.

Social Media coordination
• Support Social media strategy developed by contact strategy manager and Marketing Communication Manager.
• Responsible for daily operational task in-line with social media strategy, including copywriting and posting plan.
• Coordinate activities with other departments for our social media presence.
• Focus on ROI on Social media channels.

Digital coordination
• Support contact strategy manager in managing the home pages, mobile pages & customer data base for Sweden mainly.
• Manage external agencies where applicable to Digital.
• Maintain and foster positive working relationships with all internal customer and partner departments through regular contact/dialogue.
• Back up of Contact strategy managers in respective country.
• Responsible for the Store digital content and coordination with supplier and dealers.

Other
• Support the marketing director in travel arrangements.

Knowledge in Swedish and Danish and preferably copy writing skills and digital knowledge.
