CONTACT CENTER DENMARK

Background
We are looking for a strong Danish speaking Contact center manager to our headquarter office in Södermalm, Stockholm. We would like you to have previous experience of service and / or sales, either within customer service, sales or any other type of service profession. In your role, you will help customers with different types of bookings, answer questions about our venues and opening hours, help with payments, receive feedback and many other different enquiries. You will make sure the customer journey is always according to Bounce values over the phone, e-mail, and social media. Other tasks may be order management in Shopify, send free tickets to customers and answer google reviews. Your work tools are the phone and the computer, why excellent computer skills are necessary. You write impeccably and know how to formulate yourself in the best way. Our business language is English why it is important that you are fluent in English in both speech and writing.

Who are you?
You are street smart, full of energy and you like to work in a high pace environment. You are diligent on your fingers and can master multiple errands at the same time. When in contact with a customer, your amazing personality shines through both over the phone and in writing, and you deliver a world-class customer service every time. While you are passionate about service, you also have an eye and ear for all opportunities to upsell since we are a selling customer service.

You love helping people and want to become an expert on BOUNCE's products to meet our customers' individual needs. You are careful, structured, and not afraid to grasp where it is needed, and can easily see if something needs to be addressed quickly. You are a strong team player while you own your own tasks, work proactively, and are responsible for having the tools you need in your
work.

Requirements
• Fluent in Danish and English (if you speak Swedish it's a plus)
• Previous work experience in customer service/sales
• Excellent computer and communication skills

BOUNCE is an exciting and new concept in action sports and fitness in Sweden. By the end of 2016, the Australian Bounce concept opened the doors to Europe's largest trampoline and parkour park in Kungens Kurva in Stockholm. We have opened two additional venues since then, are now opening our first venue in Denmark, Copenhagen.

The growth and success of BOUNCE comes from bringing together unique characters and creating an exceptional team who brings fire to the fuel to our cool culture, encouraging them to be themselves, lifting their strengths and making them deliver an awesome customer experience. Our tribe is the heart of BOUNCE and as we grow, we need to strengthen our team with a new service guru to help start up the new customer service department for Denmark!

Heltidstjänst 40 timmar per vecka. Helgarbete förekommer.
