Customer Service - Denmark
IMP Nordics Customer Service is based in Malmo and is responsible for giving our customers in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland a superb service and help at all contacts occasions.
We are now looking for a new danish speaking member to join our service minded and alert team !
Main tasks:
Daily contacts with our Danish customers.
Answering incoming calls mainly for Denmark but also for Sweden & Norway when needed.
Handling correspondence and email.
Compiling campaign material and productinformation from Marketing/Editorial.
Translation and proofreading.
Competence qualities:
Fluent Danish speaking & writing.
Service minded
Sales oriented
Communicative
Structured
The ability to handle many issues/projects at the same time
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
