We are looking for a person that want to provide a service to our customers that ensures the best possible order experience, in accordance with agreed department key performance indicators. It's a full-time job, start as soon as possible. 8:15-17:00 Monday to Friday In this job, you are handling front and back office task as:

Receive and process orders using the ERP System in line with Company procedures and Customers requirements. Orders may be received by telephone, fax and mail.

Supporting the return and claim handling process, ensuring that requests comply with CooperVision internal standards, are approved and processed within agreed time frames, that records are updated and accurate, and that ad hoc reports and statistics are produced as required.

Answering in & outbound customer calls in line with agreed service level agreements to provide excellent customer service.
Calls may will cover transactions, such as:
• Regular ordering.
• Back order investigation.
• Product upgrades.
• Product rationalizations.
• Cross selling activities e.g. promoting the sale of Solution with a Contract Lens sale.
• Follow up on campaigns and activities to raise customer awareness.

Excellent problem solving skills, be solution and target focused. Great communication skills, with the talent to provide customer service via phone and mail.

Strong Customer facing skills, including clear and precise communication, ability to adapt to the various customer request and needs, have empathy and understanding of customer's different needs.

Good conflict resolution skills - able to keep situations calm and help internal and external Customers with queries.

Ability to manage multiple priorities whilst hitting deadlines, targets and KPIs. Ability to learn procedures and processes quickly, able to listen to others and understand their requirements.

Use of Microsoft Office, ERP and CRM systems is needed to place orders and maintain customer communication and feedback.

Must be fluent in Swedish and a Danish, with the ability to handle both verbal and written communications. Must also be able to communicate in English verbally as well as in written text.
