As Cylinder Supply Chain Management (CSCM ) Project Manager you will work in the global business unit Merchant and Packaged Gases, operating for the Linde Group worldwide. Your primarily responsibility will be to support the implementation of improvement projects in our Regional Business units and to identify best practice projects or actions and share these across the Linde Group.
Focus areas are development of the CAPEX process for Packed Gases Products, to drive implementation, sustainability, and continuously development of Stock Dimensioning Tools and Process, as well as to train key persons in the regional business units. The role also includes supporting of logistics and distribution activities.
Qualification & Skills
Master of Science/Business Administration or equivalent as well as proven track record of delivery in a large international company are required. You also have proven experience in leading Materials Management process and solutions as well as Supply Chain Management, especially in the focus areas Operations and Logistics. Previous experience of International Project Management on a Strategic and Tactical level where you have worked with process improvement and LEAN improvement techniques. High aptitude of data analysis and modelling in Excel and Access is mandatory.
To be successful in this role we believe that you have a high level of autonomy and a strong drive for results. You also have proven skills in change management, project management as well as intercultural communication. Excellence command of English, both oral and written is mandatory. Good knowledge of one Nordic language is advantages.
The position will be located in Stockholm, Lidingö.
