We are looking for Cybersecurity Risk lead
Do you want to lead and drive the Cybersecurity Risk Management domain at WirelessCar for our internal functions, towards all our customer programs and partners?
You will become part of the central Cybersecurity team (10 + people) and your manager is your CISO. You will drive the core activities of assuring that the organization is resilient to cyber threats and has capabilities in place to act if needed.
The work will include:
• Leading the Cybersecurity risk management work across the company meaning Improving and governing our ways of working in regards to Cybersecurity Risk Management and Business Continuity Management. Also including supporting and coaching internal functions, stakeholders, and customer programs in planning and conducting risk assessments.
• Integrating the Cybersecurity risk domain and ensuring Cybersecurity risk management is a strong and integrated part of our GRC function and Vulnerability Management domains. Also keeping updated with relevant new standards and integrate them into our ways of working with the support of and in close collaboration with the Enterprise Risk Manager

Who are you
A believer in that the way to successful deliveries is through active and visible leadership and close collaboration with every function at WirelessCar. In combination with a high level of self leadership where working independently combined with being a strong team player ensuring the successful collaboration end to end in the company. Taking ownership of the area and pointing out the direction where we need to go and challenge your colleagues while supporting the organization and customer programs.
Perhaps you are currently working within Risk Management, Cybersecurity compliance, Compliance in general or security architecture or similar.
You are also
• A good communication, presentation skills
• Self going with good self leadership and leadership skills
• A sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, structured and detail-oriented
• Fluent in English, (both oral and writing)
We believe that you bring
• Risk management experience (Process, methods, documentation, mitigation)
• Business Continuity Planning and Disaster Recovery Planning experience
• Broad understanding of security standards and frameworks e.g. ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, NIST CSF, ISO 21434
• Knowledge of security architecture, DevSecOps, SDLC, cloud security and Agile methodologies

Way of Working
At WirelessCar we believe in a Hybrid Remote work setup. The preferred work location for this position is Gothenburg.
