Systemite is currently looking for a Lead Engineer for Cyber Security within Expert Services, where you will act as the right hand for the VP of Expert Services in most matters related to CybSec and will have the chance to get involved in many different internal and external areas. Below is an attempt to describe this for the main areas (in a non-exhaustive list).
Tech & Competence:
Act as the lead expert for the domain. Build and spread knowledge within the team. Secure your own and our organization's competence development plan over time. Interact with the ecosystem and our customers.
Customers:
Perform customized solutions projects for our customers, partly on-site - and partly at SystemWeaver. Leaedd and follow-up our projects within CybSec to ensure they are on-track. Listen to the customers' needs so we can provide added value and additional services. Act as a technical sales support in customer meetings and bid processes.
Product:
Represent Expert Services towards our Product Owners and Product Development organizations to continuously provide feedback on trends, needs, findings etc. from our customers and the eco-system into our product. Discuss and decide upon what should be part of our future product roadmap and what should be customized solutions.
External:
Act as a thought leader within CybSec through physical and digital presence at conferences, Meet-ups, LinkedIn, etc. Hold speeches, publish insights, white papers, etc. Build awareness and build and promote the Systemweaver Brand, product, and our capability within Expert Services.
Internal:
Assist in the recruitment of new engineers. Act as a mentor. Act as a supervisor for master thesis students. Assist the Training Academy in developing training material and eventually hold training.
All-in-all, the role will offer a large degree of freedom and a huge variability, with a chance of meeting many leading organizations and working in the sweet spot between the services and the product.
