Are you a motivated and high performing project manager interested in logistics, retail and FMCG? MultiMind is seeking a Customization Initiative Leader for one of our clients, a global actor in the FMCG industry for their nordic headquarters in Stockholm. The assignment will run for an initial 6 months with good chances for prolongation.

The task:
As a Customization Initiative Leader you will be responsible for directing the activities and efforts of a multi-functional team in developing and executing a comprehensive and holistic initiative plan for local Customization initiatives. The customization initiative leader owns the overall detailed critical path schedule, daily execution, change management and the overall coordination within the customization organization for each customized stock keeping unit (SKU).
You will:
Track programs through the coordination of packaging engineers, business information management, Customer Support Center, warehouse control, Logistics Managers, external vendors and the IOL’s in the PSC (who coordinate finished goods master data set up and planning as well as artwork planning) to ensure successful completion of displays/ local customization programs from inception to delivery to customer. Communicate on an ongoing basis with Sales Planning, Marketing, and Field Sales as required to keep all parties informed of projects’ status. Drive improvements in the following key metric areas: Lead time responsiveness, SD NOS, SKU complexity, Cost Savings. Contributes to improvements in the following key metrics areas: CFR, Inventory. Build systemic capability with cross functional team members on promotional process.
Further responsibilities include:
Analyze Display and Special Pack/local customization Programs Track programs through the coordination of packaging engineers, Logistics Managers, external vendors and IOL’s. Monitor all key dates and activity required for each Display and Special Pack/local customization Program Integrate new brands as needed.
Your background:
The person with this functional responsibility would typically be an experienced individual in the manufacturing operation and/or production planning and scheduling.
You have:
Academic background in relevant field Strong verbal/written communication skills (clear, concise and timely) A basic understanding of customization supply network design/ operational efficiency and QA Fluency in English and working proficiency in Swedish Preferably 1-2 year's working experience from an international company Preferably previous project management experience
