We?re growing rapidly and we?re looking for a music loving Customer Support with music education focus.

THE ROLE:
Our Customer Success team works with different areas to increase retention and educate the users, making sure they understand what functions and the capacity of our product.
We need to expand our team with a person that will be responsible for our Educational customers which includes everything from 9-year old students to Head Masters or Purchasers on regional level. You will use both phone, email and social media channels as communication tools and you will also have close contact with our ambassadors and distributors.
Travelling to some extent is to be expected.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You have experience from working with administrative tasks. We think you have some kind of teaching experience either as teacher or teaching assistant and you are fluent in English and preferably Swedish.
The role contains handling large customers and a substantial part of those are American schools. Experience or insight from their type of administrations is considered a great asset.
If you are a musician and is using our service, is considered a big plus.
THE PERSON
You are great at explaining things in a simple way. You like coming into contact with different kinds of people and you can adapt to different ways of communicating. You are driven by result and always thinking one step ahead.
