Kvalifikationer
• You have worked with similar tasks 1-2 years.
• You have college IT degree.
• You have a driver license.
• You have previous system experience, good knowledge of XML and EDI connections and good knowledge from system development & integrations.
• You are fluent in English
• You have skills in Excel, being able to program and manage macro and are well skilled in Office package

Job Description
In this role as a Customer Support you will support and coordinate service tracking development and stabilization, coordinate CS related projects and analyze and report core KPI to management at SENA, ECSO and HQ

as a Customer Support, your main tasks are to manage system development and standardization with focus on service tracking towards service partners and system developers as well as to manage excel files including macro creation for KPI reporting. You will also drive projects to implement new logics and improve KPI 's, regularly analyze data and create and lead action plans for improvement.

Admission and Application
This is a full-time position, 40h/week. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run until 2023-11-08, with possibility of extension.
