We believe that you, like the rest of the team, are a non-prestigious person who loves to help our customers. A service-minded person with a great interest in tech and the ability to take ownership within your responsibilities.
Your attitude and willingness to help and deliver a fantastic customer experience together with our IT Operations team, will make you a star in our team. You will be the single point of contact for our customers, escalating matters to 2nd and 3rd line, and setting the highest standard in the first contact with our customers. You will be an expert in our products in the future without a doubt.

What you would do, some examples:
Solve 1st line support tickets.
Manage daily support meetings.
Monitor the support portal and make sure that no tickets are left unassigned.
Learn Trapets' products, tech and functionality.
Escalate tickets within IT Operations, to Customer Success and to Development.
Figure out ways to improve our processes and ways of working

Furthermore, we are happy to see that you:
Have a couple of years' experience of tech support (software applications & systems)
Find great pride in the work you do
Love tech and software
Love helping others
Fluent in Swedish and English
Accept all kinds of background music when working
