You?re passionate about helping others, tech savvy, speak at least one major language in addition to English and are able to work from our office in Stockholm, Sweden.
This is a full-time, but temporary (October 2016-June 2017) position with potential for extended employment.
Responsibilities
• Respond to questions, via our email support platform (Freshdesk), about *Flightradar24 features, content, and technical issues
• Troubleshoot technical issues and writing bug reports
• Triage issues and escalate them when necessary
Qualifications
• Excellent writing skills in English and one other major language (e.g. Japanese, Arabic, Mandarin)
• Passion for helping others and creating customer support experiences that wow users
• Ability to troubleshoot problems to find speedy resolutions
• Skilled at handling multiple issues at once to efficiently solve a large number of inquiries
• Strong interest in technology
Preferred qualifications
• Interest in aviation
• Customer support experience in a high-volume environment and familiarity with a case management system, preferably Freshdesk
• Radio amateur
• Linux experience
