The role
We're looking for a Customer Support Representative to join the Customer Support team at Soundtrack. As part of our team, you'll be our customers' trusty sidekick helping out with everything from getting started with our service to troubleshooting technical issues, handling payments, music questions, and more. We're a tight-knit team that works cross-functionally, has a lot of fun, and supports each other daily. We want you to feel excited about growing with us, so we're offering a role that encourages your eagerness to learn and develop your skills.
Responsibilities
• Giving first-class service and support to our customers over email and chat
• Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and educating our customers from all over the world
• Updating support articles, tutorials, and other material that we use to support our customers daily
• Being the voice of the customer internally to ensure that the feedback we collect gets through to the impacted teams
• Collaborate with colleagues from other teams to ensure that we provide our customers with an excellent experience
