Your impactful role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a pivotal role in providing world class support to both our Swedish- and English-speaking customers. You will engage with our customers, providing knowledgeable and dedicated support to address a spectrum of inquiries related to our diverse services, particularly those linked to finance and payroll systems. Be a part of a down-to-earth support team, assisting users via e-mail, chat or phone and contribute to their daily success. Join a collaborative team, ensuring our support is available between 08:00 and 17:00.

Your background could include:

• Proven track record in a support role in English and Swedish

• Passion for IT systems

• Skilful relationship builder with organizational prowess

• Knowledge or experience in basic financial work is a plus

• Familiarity with the Construction Industry is a bonus

This role is based in Linköping or Stockholm with a hybrid working model that encourages collaboration in our energising office spaces. Native-level proficiency in English and fluency in Swedish are required. Strong communication skills in both languages are essential for this position.
