hela Sverige We're looking for a service oriented Customer Support Representative to manage world wide customer repairs & spares and on-going business providing a high level of international communication.
Your role
You will be part of an expanding international support team ensuring our customers optimal life cycle availability on Saab special mission aircraft products. You will handle repair / spare part requests, compiling and supplying tenders, coordination of technical inquiries, warranties monitoring and invoicing. You will participate in customer relations activities both in and outside Sweden.
Customer Support is an essential role of the interface with our customers and Saab local operations. You will actively communicate with both customers, Program Management, Sourcing and Sales.
The tasks will vary in both complexity and scope and we will together set your individual development plan according to your earlier experiences and interests.
Your profile
You are a Team player with an interest of sharing knowledge and experiences with colleagues and our customer. You are energetic with the ability to make things happen and to handle several cases in parallel.
You are striving to identify possibilities, challenges and ways to be more effective and you act on them. You communicate well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. We also think that you have a good system knowledge. It is a merit if you have knowldge and experience in IFS.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.

Airborne Early Warning a Business unit within Business Area Surveillance develops, delivers and maintains Airborne early Warning Systems such as the GlobalEye, a top performer of today 's AEW product in the World. GlobalEye is based on our own developed advanced radar ERIEYE that is integrated with other sensors into a Mission Systems.
