As Customer Support Project Manager, you are responsible for introducing the products to the customer.
When the products leave our workshop in Västerås, or one of our subcontractors worldwide the responsibility is ours.
We monitor all our products and make sure that we comply with what we promised by contract. We are also responsible for
warranty budget, reliability follow-up, spare parts, special tools and support at the customer's depot.
In case of problems with our equipment, the department is responsible for solving the problem.

Customers demands quick answers and the questions vary within a large area. It means daily
communication with end customers, suppliers and other functions within Bombardier.
This position is part of the project core team and you will be involved in all important activities.
You are involved, design reviews, commissioning, traffic start, repairs, modifications and end of warranty negotiations.
Meaning, all the way from idea until our warranty commitments are over.
Your task will also be to spread knowledge, feedback experience from field, participate in reviews, initiate and perform improvement activities.

• Masters or equivalent university education
• Flexible
• Easy to meet people from different cultures
• Has good experience in project management and has great interest in technology
• Has good leadership skills, good communication and collaborative skills
• See the big picture and are goal and result-oriented
• Can motivate and lead project employees
• Very good knowledge of English, German or French knowledge are also welcomed.

We work in large parts of the world and travel is part of the job, some periods often and sometimes within short notice.
The area of ??responsibility is big, so your interest must be wide, and nothing is impossible!
