Job Description
As a Support Assistant of our Anti-Spyware program you will be the main point of contact for our customers. You'll provide first line email support. Your job is to identify and troubleshoot customer problems and provide the appropriate resolution. You will maintain accurate records and reports.

Experience and Skills
You understand the implications of software behavior and how it affects the user and the system. We expect you to be a natural multi-tasker with the necessary communication and writing skills.
• Deep knowledge of Windows 2000, XP, Vista, 7
• Deep knowledge of the Windows registry and file system
• Experience with security programs, like Anti-Spyware, Anti-Virus and Firewall programs
• Experience with Lavasoft products, Ad-Aware
Desirable
• Helpdesk/Customer Care experience
• Anti-Spyware experience
