We are looking for a Customer support agent who is passionate about our product, customers and our vision - and who shares our excitement and passion to make Natural Cycles a global success. As a Customer support agent for Natural Cycles, you will handle the core and heart of our company, our Cyclers. Natural Cycles currently have users in over 160 countries across the world.
What you will be doing
Work with all departments in order to fully help our customers
Handle customer support through emails and other channels such as social media and live-chat
Go from questions about the menstrual cycle to logistics and payments, to tech-support and product development requests
Engage our current and prospective customers through content creation and customer interaction
Report your actions and results.
As we aim towards being a high-end customer support we answer quickly and accurately, and always in an educating and caring tone of voice.
You will be working full time with us on location in our office in Stockholm.

Driven by helping people and delivering excellent customer service and care on a daily basis.
Will to strive towards meeting set goals every day
Ability to work good under pressure but do know how to occupy yourself if the workload is at a lower level
Very independent, while also not afraid to ask for help when needed.
Genuine interest in the female reproductive system and aim towards educating yourself in this field every day
Not have any issues talking about the female and reproductive organs and systems, nor sexual relations or personal problems.

As we have customers all over the world, it is very important that you are free from prejudices against different cultures, religious views or ethnicities.
What skills & experienceyou should have
1 to 3 years experience in Customer Service, either online or face-to-face interactions
Knowledge of how to meet everyone's different needs and concerns
Service-minded, compassionate & aquick thinker
Work just as good alone as in a close team: you will be surrounded by amazing co-workers, both within the Customer Support team as the entire company.
Fluent in English & Swedish, both verbal and written
