Glooko/Diasend simplify life for people with diabetes and facilitates the work of their health care providers by optimizing diabetes data management.

Our comprehensive and market leading solutions involve uploading, storing and analyzing data from a clear majority of the diabetes devices currently available on the global market - allowing patients and caregivers to easily access, understand and share the same information. This equals highly valuable support for people with diabetes both during and in-between doctor visits, and makes the work of diabetes coaches around the world much more efficient and accurate.

Over the last few years we have grown quickly and are now at the point of the next big phase of expansion, aiming at establishing a presence with new exciting products in several markets within the near future. And to get there, the search for a number of new talented and driven co-workers has now begun.

We are a global company with about 80 employees, located in Silicon Valley, Chicago, London and Gothenburg - currently serving 4 000 diabetes clinics in 23 countries across 15 languages, impacting the lives of tens of millions of people with diabetes on a daily basis. Our largest owners are Samsung Ventures, Medtronic, Canaan Partners and Social Capital.

In our brand new office close to Liseberg (yes - you will have Lisebergskortet as a employer benefit) in Gothenburg we are approximately 35 co-workers. We are responsible for sales, customer support and marketing for all international markets except North America. We also have a dedicated team of engineers that works with technical development for all global markets.

Role description

The role as Customer Success Team Leader is to make sure that the needs of our customers are being satisfied. Your aim is to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout the organisation. You will be reporting to Director of Customer Success and it will require almost daily contact with the Customer Success team in US. You will work at various levels, from management to the first line support. Typical tasks are:

providing help and advice to customers using our products and services
registering accounts and arranging shipments
producing written information for customers
finding ways to measure customer satisfaction and improve support and administration services
improving customer success procedures, policies and standards
meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service
managing the team, consisting of both customer success managers and customer success analysts
training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service
involvement in staff recruitment

Experience and competence requirements

We believe you have experience from customer support and possess excellent communication skills, preferably in several languages. As team leader are you a humble cooperative team player with great people skills. The role requires a high technological understanding and an analytical mind in order to disclose the problems behind the issues reported. You have experience from handling both hardware and software, and are use to problem solving with many different types of products. We are always striving to excel in our work and as team leader it is important to be able to both write and follow instructions as part of our procedures.
