About the Customer Success Role at Trapets
The primary purpose of our Customer Success Team is to deliver continuous value to our customers and to drive retention as well as to identify growth opportunities. The Team builds strong relationships with our clients, and by leveraging these strong relationships, the Team aims to maximize product usage by offering clients relevant and tailor-made advice as well as in depth training sessions on how to best use our products. The Team also works hand in hand with our clients on product implementation projects as well as when product upgrades are needed.
Key Responsibilities
Trapets is on an exciting growth journey and with that we now have a great opportunity for an experienced manager, coach and mentor to come join Trapets and lead our Customer Success Team. You are a customer driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong personal interest in guiding and inspiring your team to perform and reach their goals. In this role you will have both strategic and operational responsibilities, so you shouldn't be afraid to "roll up your sleeves".
Strategically your mission will be to build and scale the Customer Success function and to ensure best practices processes and procedures are evolved and implemented. With the Team, form Trapets long term Customer Success Playbook which should directly support Trapets overall Vision, Mission and Strategic short- and long-term goals.
On an operational level you will lead an experienced and very knowledgeable professional team. Your role in forming an operating rhythm that ensures goals and results are agreed and measurable will be important along side setting routines to track, visualized and celebrate the team's successes.
Your door should always be open when they need help with either removing blockers or when they need your advice or knowledge. Your ultimate goals should be to lead through motivation and inspiration and be there to help the team and the individuals be successful in their roles.
You will be reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer and your key stakeholder will be key members of Trapets Sales-, Operations- and Development Teams.
Qualifications and Experience Required
To thrive in this role, you should have a couple of years' experience from a similar role, preferably in SaaS company, Software Solutions/Services. You are used to working with revenue retention, customer adoption and satisfaction and have a clear view as to what is needed in order to build processes and routines that drives and enhance our customers experience with Trapets.
What will you be doing:
Build and lead a winning team that proactively delivers value to our customers
With the Customer Success Team, develop processes and routines that will ensure we deliver the best value and experience to our clients
Plan and execute on the customer success strategy with the aim of reaching revenue retention and product adoption goals
Coach, educate, and develop a team of passionate Customer Success
Monitor and continuously understand the health of our customers
Provide insights to Product, Development and Sales on customer and industry trends to drive the voice of the customer within Trapets
Work with Marketing to set quarterly and yearly Webinars/Events where relevant and insightful information will be shared with our clients
Participate in industry events alongside the team to foster networking, brand presence, and stay up to date on industry trends

What is required to be successful:
Experience and knowledge in coaching, leading or managing a team
Experience from leading client facing teams either sales or customer success manager roles
Excellent relationship management and customer service skills
Excellent presentation skills (verbal & written)
Highly pro-active approach and experience from working in an agile work environment
Strong team player
Excellent verbal and written skills in Swedish and English
Experience by leading cross country teams is a plus
Previous expertise in Securities trading, AML, Client Screening, KYC, Customer Due Diligence or in RegTech or FinTech is it an advantage
