About the role
Join Fill, a Stockholm-based start-up that believes building teams of great people is the key to success. Our vision is to connect the world's employers with the best recruiters globally. We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join our team.
You will play a vital role in creating happy and engaged customers by maximizing user activation of our product and analyzing customer data to improve their experience. As the primary point of contact for our existing customers, you will build long-lasting relationships, help customers reach their hiring targets, and minimize churn rates. Your ultimate goal is to work directly with clients to help solve their problems and ensure their satisfaction while they are active users with us.
Key responsibilities include:
Serve as the primary point of contact for our existing customers and build long-lasting relationships
Be the key responsible when a case is posted and make sure it gets the love and attention it deserves from our partners
Be the first line of support when customers need support
Assist customers with setting up and navigating the platform
Promote the value of our product and help customers utilize the full potential of our services and products
Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience
Work directly with clients to solve their problems and ensure their satisfaction
Collaborate with other employees to ensure customer questions and concerns are addressed in a timely manner

Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Customer Success Person/Specialist/Manager or similar role for at least a couple of years
Exceptional communication skills and ability to foster positive relationships
Strong analytical abilities
Accountability and personal organization skills
Background in the HR/Recruitment industry is a plus
Fluency in Swedish and professional English (written and spoken)
