About the job
We need to strengthen the team with additional service pros on the credit side and are looking for an administrator for hourly employment. This is an ideal opportunity if you are studying or have other part-time engagements looking for an hourly, flexible position. We are a friendly and supportive team who will make you feel at home right away, and we like to put energy and passion into helping our customers and team mates.
Working in customer service at Brocc means that you play a central role in the development and success of our company. We see it as part of the heartbeat of our organization. You are our customers first contact with us when it comes to both loans and investments. As an administrator you work with all parts of the loan process from application to credit decision and requirements. Simply put, you support the customer's journey in all parts of our business!
The position is hourly and you are scheduled between 08.00-20.00. You work either morning or afternoon shifts, preferably 2-4 shifts a week and it's ideal if you are looking to work between 25-75%. The position is based on-site in our beautiful office in the city central of Stockholm.
About you
Apart from being that positive service pro we already mentioned, we believe that you are a structured and independent person who tackles specified projects as easily as initiating your own.
If you have relevant education or work experience from similar financial industries that is great, but the most important thing is that there is an interest and a willingness to provide Brocc's customers with first-class service!
In addition to this, we believe that you:
• like working in teams as well as independently and enjoy an entrepreneurial spirit.
• appreciate customer contact and find it easy to express yourself in speech and writing and to adapt the message to the customer's needs.
• are stimulated by working in an organization that is constantly challenged to think new and develop, with high quality and customer satisfaction as targets.
• speak fluent Swedish and professional English.
Further, it is considered a merit if you have:
• knowledge of the Finnish language (not required).
