After having succeeded in our initial niche, we are now moving fast and sales are growing rapidly. Therefore, we need you who is passionate about customer success and wants to proactively shape the future of the company. We are looking for someone to join us long-term and who is willing to take on responsibility for customer success and order management with the potential to grow into a leadership position in these areas.
We are looking for the following qualities:
Native Swedish speaker!
Fluent in English. More (Nordic) languages are a plus!
An allrounder. Interested in different areas, such as customer satisfaction, communication, order management and growth, and loves juggling multiple tasks at once.
Experience in communicating with customers both in writing and speech or excited to become an expert in it.
A sales person and hustler at heart.
Very detail-oriented and structured way of working.
Good at prioritizing tasks and does not get overwhelmed when working under pressure.
Self-driven, proactive, can take ownership and work independently.
Willingness to go the extra mile.
Leadership potential.
Love working in a dynamic team.
No university degree required.
Preferably prior startup experience.


WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING WITH
You will join our customer success & sales team with the #1 priority to convert interested users into customers, support our customers from pre- to post-purchase, handle the order fulfilment, and ensure that the customer is happy in the end. Your tasks entail the following:
Managing the communication with customers and retailers during purchase and post-purchase and proactively following up on order status.
Being the customers #1 point of contact. Responding to all customer inquiries to ensure great customer experience and convert interest into sales.
Keeping our customer database and order management system up to date, stay on top of all orders, and tackle other administrative and operational tasks.
Optimizing processes and implementing efficient tools to manage orders and communication with customers.
In short: everything connected to customers, sales, improving customer experience, and order management.
