Monocl is a rapidly growing SaaS company enabling life science professionals to work smarter with the right external stakeholders. We have developed Monocl EGO, a cloud-based platform designed to help users collaborate and compete smarter. We operate both in Sweden as well as in the US and we are now looking to expand the team at our new office in Göteborg, Sweden.

Job description
We have had a tremendous growth in our customer base and we are therefore now looking to expand our Customer Success team with a new Customer Success Manager. You will work closely with our diverse customer portfolio, which includes Fortune 500 companies working in the pharmaceutical, medical device and life sciences industries. In your role, you will be driving customer engagement and ensuring that each user is working with Monocl EGO in a way which enables them to reach their challenging business objectives. You will be training and onboarding new users remotely as well as on-site in different locations across the globe.

We believe you have excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, as you will be a key part of the front-line team for our customers. Your flexibility and technical proficiency gives you the possibility to educate the Monocl EGO user base, challenge their daily work flows and improve their competitiveness. You will also play a key part in providing written support documentation to the users.

Required skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent people skills, team-oriented and professional manner
• Fluent in English
• Hands-on personality with excellent drive and an ambition to always walk the extra mile
• Comprehensive computer skills, including MS Office
• Comfortable with traveling in both US and Europe
• Bachelor or master's degree from University

Preferred skills
• Bio-based background (pharmaceuticals, biology, chemistry, etc.)
• Past customers success experience, preferably from SaaS solutions
• At least 2 years of working experience
