Hansoft is looking for new members for its Global Customer Success team, to work with bringing our new cloud based team collaboration product Favro ( www.favro.com ) to the worldwide market.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for developing our relationships with High Value and Strategic Accounts.

Among our customers you?ll find game developers, teams making software for satellites and space rockets, telecom companies, teams within sales, HR, management, investors, as well as executive groups and NGOs. All using Agile management methods to be more adaptable and efficient.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain proactive relationships with customers as well as assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
• Develop key relationships at different levels within strategic accounts.
• Find new business opportunities and grow current accounts.
• Provide input to the development teams of Favro regarding customer painpoints, feature ideas, urgency and value. Have a good general overview what customers want or need.
• Identify Favro evangelists within different industry segments.
• Secure that the value messages to our community are up-­to-­date and aligned with company strategies.

Job Requirements:

• A versatile background is a big plus in this job, preferably from roles within Customer Relationship/Account/Partner management, sales, marketing, support etc.
• Experience from working with large enterprises as clients/partners.
• You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• You are fluent in English, and more languages is a plus.
• You are a doer with a strong drive and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• You need to appreciate the possibilities and challenges of a small but growing dynamic entrepreneurial company.
• You are creative and action-oriented with excellent client ­relationship skills and high business ethics.
• You are focused, disciplined and have the ability to work and prioritize without specific instruction.
• You possess strong leadership skills and have a team-­oriented mentality. Since you will be operating in a team-oriented environment, the ability to forge and grow relationships and collaborate is critical.
• You are knowledgeable about project management methodologies and software development.
• You have the ability to travel up to 30%
• You have probably lived, studied, and worked in more than one country, which gave you an international mindset.
