Young/Skilled ecommerce Software development house based in Stockholm, Sweden and Wroclaw, Poland.
Now we're looking for a customer success agent in our Stockholm office.
Were on the hunt for someone who can join us full-time to push our customer satisfaction through the roof! With the right support and encouragement, you can help our customers' businesses flourish, and make the retailers of today into the iconic brands of tomorrow. As part of our customer success team, you'll be the ears of Young/Skilled, and you'll help us translate customer feedback into action that can improve their companies as well as our own.

Responsibilities:

• Help deliver a world-class customer experience through our channels (phone, email, and helpdesk)
• Use your strong communication skills to take initiative to follow up on issues
• Prioritize which issues get escalated to the development team, and use proactive communication to bring issues to closure
• Internal and external follow-up
• Follow issues via customer ticketing and update the customer based on the recommended feedback
• Demonstrate an eagerness for understanding others' businesses, so that you can help guide them through process improvements and the systems we maintain for them
• Have an interest in business systems especially ecommerce
• Have a basic knowledge of how web pages are built
• Understand the basics of object formatting, such as JSON and XML
• Improve ways of working and try new things - we can always get better
• Be a leader in our team and with our customers.

• Young/Skilled provide an enterprise level ecommerce system for global brands such as WeSC, Triwa, Odd Molly, Swedish Hasbeens, Nudie and many more. We base our customers' projects on Centra (which we used to call Silk VMS). Our team members take pride in our technology, service and user experience. We are currently taking on clients in the Nordics, USA, Israel, Netherlands and Germany. We have offices in Wroclaw, Poland and Stockholm, Sweden.
