Are you a service minded problem solver? Do you enjoy investigating tricky customer cases and want to work in a multicultural environment? Do you have excellent English written skills, as well as English fluency, you might be the one we are looking for.

In this roll you will help Klarnas customers with questions regarding invoices and payment solutions mainly by email. Klarnas mission is to find the right solution for the customer and to communicate this in a helpful and engaging tone.

Who are you
You are an open-minded and optimistic person with a strong team focus. At the same time, you feel comfortable handling your tasks individually and thrive when having your things well-organised. Hopefully you have experience from working with administrative tasks, with the computer as a number one tool.
Preferably you have worked within service but it's not a requirement. For us, your personality and your performance are more important than a higher education or work experience. We expect you to have great communication skills in English both written and spoken.
