In this roll you will help Klarnas customers with questions regarding invoices and payment solutions mainly by email. Klarnas mission is to find the right solution for the customer and to communicate this in a helpful and engaging tone.
Who are you
You are an open-minded and optimistic person with a strong team focus. At the same time, you feel comfortable handling your tasks individually and thrive when having your things well-organised. Hopefully you have experience from working with administrative tasks, with the computer as a number one tool.
Preferably you have worked within service but it's not a requirement. For us, your personality and your performance are more important than a higher education or work experience. We expect you to have great communication skills in English both written and spoken.

Duration - This assignment is for about 3 months and will start immediately. It is part time employment, working hours 8pm-12pm. You will work at Klarna's HQ at Sveavägen, Stockholm. If you are interested in this position, do not hesitate to submit your application without delay.
