Titel: Customer Service Team Member

Beskrivning av arbetsuppgifter:

We are searching for an additional member to our Customer Service Department at our office in Gothenburg. Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics - Sweden Branch is situated in Skandiahamnen in Gothenburg. We're an office of 12 people and are serving the Swedish market.

The main purpose of this role is to provide an excellent customer support to WWL's customer and the main tasks will be to receive, record, and follow up on customer bookings for ocean transport, documentation, freight collection, system updates and maintenance of customer agreements.

The position reports to the Head of Customer Service in Gothenburg.

Responsibilities:

• Develop good customer relationships
• Respond to all general customer enquiries
• Liaise with customers on any issue
• Input and follow up on forecasting
• Allocation management
• Input and maintenance of booking info
• Inform customer of booking status
• Ensure correct freight rates are applied at end of booking
• Issue manifest and invoices in a precise and timely manner
• Record and respond to customer complaints and actively follow up
• Ensure relevant and timely communication with applicable departments e.g.: voyage management and operations

Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:

A successful applicant for this role will possess the following:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Very good written and verbal skills in Swedish and English (other European languages are considered a plus)
• Basic shipping knowledge
• Customer focused attitude
• The ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
• Ability to learn fast and adapt to changes
• Team player
• MS Office literate
• Previous experience within export customer service is preferred
