hela Sverige Yara is looking for a Customer Service Specialist for a position in our Mining Applications department. You will be part of a team consisting of five other talented, welcoming and ambitious colleagues. The role is within our Customer Service organization of 70 employees in total that are supporting customers all around the world. We offer you a fast moving, international environment at our modern head office in Malmö.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Manage sales orders using Yara systems and processes.
• Maintain good relations with internal & external customers to ensure that the best customer service is provided.
• Cooperate with Sales Area Manager to provide updates, verify information and resolve customer enquiries as required.
• Communicate solutions with customers and handle complaints.
• Help and support colleagues in other areas when required.
• You have experience within the logistics or service management field and if you have a University degree or similar within Business administration this is meriting, although not a requirement.
• You are a strong communicator ready to deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• You are a team player who enjoy developing relationships with both customers and internal networks in order to meet goals and KPIs.
• You know how to prioritize your work and know how to adapt to rapid changes in a good way.
• Ideally you have a professional proficiency in both Swedish and English. Additionally, if you have knowledge in either German, Spanish or French this is very meriting.
• You possess great computer skills within MS Office and knowledge of SAP would be an asset.
