The main responsibilities include:
First point of contact in order handling process
Order acceptance entry in SAP
Order handling
Trouble shooting / complaint handling
Invoicing
Making offers (supporting sales managers in preparation and communication to customers
Tendering (prepare documentation, forms etc, maintaining the tender calendar)
Monitor overdues and dunning of customers
Input for and maintaining our contract management system
Analyse customers for improvements
Beskrivning av kvalifikationer:
We are looking for a person with experience within Logistics and
Costumer Service. You need to have experience in handling costumer care and costumer needs. You have experience from preferably SAP.
To enjoy this position you need to have excellent communication skills and be accurate in your work. You are service-oriented and a problem solver and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
You communicateexcellent in both Swedish and English.

We have an immediate opening for a combined position within Customer Service and Sales Assistance. This is a temporary position from 2011-09-01 to 2012-03-31 on a full time basis located in Gothenburg, Sweden, reporting to the Operations Manager Sales & Logistics.
