native English speaker to our Customer Service team.
The applicant:
• Has several years experience from the Travel Industry in an English speaking country, as most of the customers you will handle are from US and UK.
• Has good knowledge of Amadeus or similar CRS.
• Can handle Schedule Changes Queues in the CRS.
• Has good numerical skills needed to handle refund applications.
• Has good phone manners, necessary when in contact with airlines to resolve booking issues.
• Cares about customers, providing excellent services and making unhappy customers happy.
• Likes problem solving and enjoys challenges.
• A team player glowing with enthusiasm and excellent in taking initiatives.
