CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER NORDICS
STOCKHOLM, SWEDEN

In this position you will be joining Thermo Fisher Scientific's Unity Lab Services Division, which provides our customers with a wide range of services, helping them to accelerate life science research, solve complex analytical challenges, improve patient diagnostics and increase laboratory productivity.

You will be the key person developing and growing our ULS customer services business in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland and you will be responsible for ensuring that ULS delivers efficient, effective and customer focused service across the Nordics. The position is located in our Hägersten, Stockholm office and will be have tom people reporting directly into them. IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Establish, implement and execute ULS customer service processes in the Nordic region.
• Lead and develop the ULS Nordic Services team, ensuring that goals and customer satisfaction targets are met on a Nordic and European level.
• Deal with escalated Customer Service issues.
• Build strong relationships with global teams and internal stakeholders (such as, sales, finance, service, HR, IT) in order to define, agree on and implement efficient end-to-end processes.
• With input from local teams, gather weekly performance metrics as basis for analysis, helping the team to strive for continuous improvement.
• Manage and drive Asset management back office process in Nordic countries.
• Ensuring your team receives training plans and career development opportunities; this includes setting individual and team targets and supporting the achievement of these goals.
• Developing an open, honest and innovative culture, where team members respect each other and are encouraged to think creatively when solving problems.
• Be expected to travel around 15% of the time.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
• Be able to demonstrate strong people management and leadership skills and will also be comfortable working in a multi-channel, customer service orientated environment.
• Have experience from an international, matrix organisation.
• Preferably have a degree in Economics or something similar and will ideally have completed an MBA.
• Communicate fluently in English and at least one Nordic language.
• Be used to working with IT systems such as SAP and Microsoft.
• Have strong interpersonal skills and be as comfortable working independently, as they are working in multi-disciplinary and multi-lingual teams.
• Possess good networking skills and be able to develop succesfull customer relationships, securing future, and recurring, business.
• Be open-minded and able to embrace regular change and new challenges. Excellent networker.
• Perform well under pressure and have a good attention to detail.
• Have experience from working with sales or in telemarketing.
• Show strong commercial acumen, a results-driven attitude and the ability to lead a high-performing team.
