Having already achieved over 12 million downloads, the Lifesum app is available on Android and iOS, and can be tailored by individual users and adapted to specific goals and aims, offering personal guidance based on personal data. Lifesum wants to make people healthier and happier by helping users to forge good habits on their journey towards a better lifestyle, as well as an improved overall quality of life.

We?re looking for a customer service manager to join our customer service team. In this role, you'll spend your days solving issues and making life easier for our users. You?ll work close together with the product and tech team and you will have a big impact by collecting feedback/suggestions from our users and communicate to the rest of the company.

Responsibilities

Support and help our users, via written channels (email, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
Keep our help section up to date (FAQ, tutorials etc.)
Collect feedback/suggestions from our users and communicate to the rest of the team
Requirements

The position is not full time. We are looking for someone who can work part-time or extra hours
You love to socialize / communicate, whether through email, social media or with collegues
You are positive, hungry for knowledge and are are willing to go that extra mile to help solve a customer need
You are fluent in English and Swedish, fluent in other languages is a big plus
It?s a plus if you have a interest for health and fitness
