We are now looking for Customer Service and Sales Administrator

Do you want to work in an international company with great potential, do you want to be part of a winning team? We are currently seeking Customer Service and Sales Administrator to Belmont Trading in Karlskoga!

The person that we are looking for is TEAM player and are used to work in a fast moving environment with high demands for accuracy.

You as a person are energetic, have a strong self-motivation and very direct and clear communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This is both a strategic and tactical role that will report to the industry vertical lead and focus on creating and building a world class customer Service and Admin that supports enterprise-wide sales activities and strategies.

This will include but not be limited to:

Preparing reports - working within time frames to ensure settlement reports are completed as requested
Collating information - prepare relevant information on excel spreadsheet as requested form management team related to settlement reports.
Maintenance of Job Log/tracking report to provide view on all jobs received
Customer service - provide customers calling/emailing
Create customer's offer master lists, request's POs and wires for invoices
Enter orders & release for shipping
This is a key role within the organization to ensure the multi-year journey to a world class infrastructure
This individual will develop relationships with key stakeholders within the organization and will build trust by proactively providing credible and value added support.
Maintain CRM with bidding opportunities, sales history, PO information, customer sales offers and purchase offers
Close/reconcile lots in CRM and Weekly Trading Summary when lots are purchased and shipped to customer
Understand and adhere to all corporate policies
Maintain the Weekly Trading Summary with bids and customer offers
Re-format bid worksheets and provide sales history to sales team
Analyze impact of newly proposed pricing changes on the bottom line of the company
Quote daily requirements from customers
Assist in preparing weekly and monthly reports, dashboards and metrics and communicate results to Senior Management
Oversee sales order processing
Build strong relationships with stakeholders based on an understanding of their needs and the business
Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements Needed:

Fluent English speaker
Good experience in Excel
Well organised and a team player
2-4 years in similar role

Highly Desired Skills:

Russian Speaking
Navision experience
Worked with mobile phone sales
Experience in Microsoft CRM
