We launched in early 2015 and quickly got lots of attention in Social media. We have customers in over 30 countries and we are growing quickly. Yet we are a very small and energetic team located in Stockholm.
Out of several hundred applicants we were recently chosen to join the Sting Accelerate program together with 7 other very promising internet and tech Start ups in Sweden.
We absolutely LOVE our customers. And we love chatting with them, talking to them on instagram, facebook and through our own chat and email support. Without them we wouldn't exist. But we are growing quickly and we need help to maintain this awesome relationship we have started to build with our customers.
So we are looking for someone to join our team in Stockholm and join us on the ride to become a huge international streetwear brand.
You will be in charge of and build our customer service and take it to another level.
Tasks will vary from day to day, and it's important that no task is too big or too small for you because we are a small team and we help each other out whenever we need to.
Your main focus will be managing the customer service, answer all requests and questions from our customers, through email, phone, chat, social media and help out with whatever it might be. We always aim to go that extra mile so it is crucial that you are very service minded.
Further on you will create processes and policy's for our customer service, set up guidelines and FAQs and make sure we have all the tools we need to improve.
On the other hand you will also help out and manage relationships with our influencers.
Social media plays a very important role in our marketing strategy, and is key for our international growth. So the role will include identifying new influencers that fit our brand, as well as maintaining the relationship with our current ambassadors and answer all requests regarding collaborations on our social media.

You have to be fluent in Swedish and English and the positions is based in Stockholm.

Experience from any kind of service related job is a big plus, but the right attitude and mentality beats any experience. You must love fashion, social media and be willing to work very hard to achieve your goals.
