We service a wide range of industries including agro, asphalt, cleaning, fabric care, mining, personal care and petroleum.
We are now looking for an individual, who can fulfil the role as CSO (Customer Service Organization) analyst within Surface Chemistry, You will be working in the external logistics/CSO team with supporting supervisor analyzing KPI's and processes to further improve the processes and the improvement within the department and the cooperation between the units. Your main focus will be to give the right information at the right time to supervisor for further distribution to business, take out reports and summarize information for communication to business and to give the right data for further analyze to conduct continuous improvement to the organization.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Assist supervisor with follow up on KPI for Customer Service organization such as month end closure and roll over orders
• Summarize data for KPI tracking
• Quality follow up order performance (delayed orders, back log)
• Track trends and report for action in OTC process
• Investigate and analyze delivery capability for Customer Service
• Analyze and follow up on statistical data and support work from Customer Service Supervisors
• Input and follow up on statistical data and communicate back to Customer Service Representatives and other stakeholders
• Perform audits for the order to cash process and follow up on order to cash process and procedures
• Take part of and/or lead project to drive the organization forward and for continuous improvement
• Minimum theoretical education high school-level in the areas economics, sales, trade, administration and/or logistics distribution
• At least 3-5 year's work in experience in a relevant professional area (analyze)
• Fluent in English and Swedish, additional language skills are considered a merit
• Used to computer systems, especially SAP and advanced Excel knowledge
• Analytical skills, accurate and new thinking that want's to contribute with improvements
• Good communicative and interpersonal skills, service minded positive and a team player. You also possess the skill to take responsibility and work independently
• Work experience that includes Lean-work and processes is considered a merit
