The duties include direct and telephone customer and agency contact when making reservations sales and ticketing for flights on Ethiopian Airlines.
Administrative duties connected with reservations and ticket sales activity and developing and maintaining relationships with key customers. You will be working in a group of Ethiopian Airlines employees and from time to time you may be required to support others in their various areas of responsibility.
Diploma or degree from recognized institution. Swedish and English language required both spoken and written. Self-motivated, flexible and willing to travel on duty. Able to meet short deadlines and work under pressure with good attention to detail and good customer contact skills.
Suitable candidate should be able to manage several tasks at the same time, have good administration skills including familiarity with MS office programs.
Work experience in airline industry in reservations and sales related field and knowledge of airline ticketing and reservation systems is preferred but not essential. We work with Sabre and think that previous experience in Amadeus, Worldspan or Galileo is meritorius. The recruitment is ongoing, apply today.
