hela Sverige Due to the expansion of our business we would like to increase our team in Sweden and we are therefore looking for candidates for the following vacancies in our Airport office at Stockholm-Arlanda.
You will be working under the direction of the Station manager or Airport Supervisor on duty, to represent Air China and enhance passenger service to both arriving and departing passengers. You will ensure that all operational criteria is completed within specified time frames and be effective in co-ordination with all internal and external departments such as ground handling agents, other airlines and various authorities at the airport as directed by the Airport Supervisor. You will be responsible for screening incoming calls and dealing with queries, in order to provide effective customer service. You will handle ticketing/reservation duties at the ticket desk and various other administrative duties as directed from time to time by the Airport Supervisor.
Relevant training courses in Passenger and Baggage Services, Reservations and/or Fares & Ticketing is also desirable. You should have excellent passenger service and interpersonal skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel. You should be fluent in English and Swedish, verbally and written. Chinese language is a merit.
