Job description
We are seeking a customer service.
Responsibilities: Contacts with current customers (phone, e-mail).
Providing support to the customers and identification their needs. Taking care of a good relationship with customers.
Requirements
Education: University degree in communication, logistics, IT or other related fields.
Professional experience is an advantage.
Fluent in English, Chinese and Swedish.
Good computer, communication and interpersonal skills.
