We are currently searching for a business oriented, hands-on Customer Relationship Manager who can help us increase productivity and efficiency and meet the fast-changing demands of the market.

The role:
In this role, you will be responsible for the planning and implementation of a customer relationship management system with the aim to optimize our sales processes. You will belong to our internal sales support organization, Global Sales Management, and will report to the Director of Sales Management.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Mapping of agreed sales processes into system capabilities and requirements
• Coordination of business requirements towards tool- and infrastructure providers
• Driving digitalization improvement projects to enhance the customer experience
• Acting as project leader and system owner within Sales Management to drive continuous improvements and development of Customer Relationship Management
• Providing support to the sales organization with administration and system usage, including creation of quotations/bids, registration of customers and update of CRM-data as needed

The location for this role is at our Malmö office. Travelling to our other locations may be required.

Your background:
The role requires a relevant university degree, preferably a Bachelor degree in IT, Business Adminstration or equivalent. We expect that you have a few years of professional sales support experience, and a good understanding of how CRM can improve ways of working within an organization. You have a practical mind-set and an eye for what needs to be done. You have previous experience from working with CRM- and ERP administration in an international setting.

To be successful in this role, you need proficient skills in Microsoft Excel. Excellent English skills are required (both written and verbal). It is preferred if you have previous project management experience as well as knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics.
