This full time position will report to the Operations Manager Customer Service & Logistics and is based In Stockholm Sweden.
In this role you will work within the department of Sales & Customer Care, what is the face or our business, handling daily communications internally and externally, learning about different aspects of e-commerce, furniture and Design business.
You will be responsible for customer related tasks such as:
• In a timely manner resolve high volume of customer inquires via phone, e-mail and social media
• Becoming an expert of Hem products to be able to offer outstanding customer service
• Engage in clienteling efforts and customer follow-ups
• Communicate on a daily basis with our sales and logistic departments, to ensure on-time inbound and outbound deliveries
• Manage customer orders through our order management system
• Acting as a liaison between the customer and internal Hem teams on any technical or logistical issues
• Passion for e-commerce as well as high-end industry
• Improve internal processes within customer service and provide Hem's different departments with improvements based on customer feedback
Qualifications and requirements:
• At least 1 year work experience within e-commerce, customer service, retail and/or a creative industry is required
• Experience at a Design/high-end brand is preferred
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Swedish and German with an emphasis on proper spelling and grammar
• Other language skills are highly meriting, especially other Scandinavian languages, German and/or French
• Self-starting, reliable, independent, and flexible
• Great team player
• Strong organizational skills, great attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Word / Outlook
• Service-oriented with a good understanding of customer needs
• You are a “doer†and don't mind getting your hands dirty in a highly entrepreneurial environment
