MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deliver Network Operating Service according to Customer contract, Managed Services Strategy and Managed Services Network Operations guidelines. Supervise and report on daily operating activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Govern and secure the Service delivery in accordance to the contract. (Contract management)
* Management of customer relationship; active co-operation with Account Team's and adequate involvement in customer meetings to ensure that customer satisfaction feedback can be collected. Maintain trust and good relations with customer.
* P/L responsibility of O&M contract, incl. budgeting and forecasting (LE, STP, etc.)
* Ensure Network performance in accordance to the agreed levels(SLA KPIs), execution of network changes and report progress and deviations.
* Main interface both to NSN and the Customer in matters related to the service delivery
* People Management - Support target setting, people development, benefits management
* Optimise and develop the service delivery and identify & innovate further sales opportunities.
* Ensure high standard of workmanship and make sure work is carried out in accordance with NSN Customer Operations procedures and manuals.
* Partner Management support for O&M tasks
* Identify and develop best practices for use in future/other contracts
* Support global knowledge sharing
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in operating telecommunication networks / operator business
* Experience in team building / leadership / management
* Experience in building customer relationships
* Financial Management (P/L) knowledge
* NSN policies / equipment experience is a plus

BUSINESS UNIT DESCRIPTION:
This position is part of the Managed Services organization in Sweden. You will work in a dynamic network operations center environment with close customer interaction.
