Your mission is to build a community of fanatic brand advocates. You will delight and engage customers, as well as build stronger relationships with customers through engaging marketing campaigns.

This position directly benefits sales and marketing teams by increasing customer advocacy (including referrals, testimonials, references, etc.), identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and increasing loyalty and retention.

What will you do?

• Develop a customer lifecycle campaign program and work with marketing operations to implement
• Build and execute customer marketing strategy and renewal, referral, cross-sell, upsell and community programs.
• Lead and manage customer engagement, communication, and customer community programs, such as in-person/webinars, workshops, onboarding and ongoing nurture campaigns
• Find and cultivate customer advocates and content for references, referrals, reviews, case studies, webinars, websites, blogs, presentations, press releases, events
• Manage a library of up-to-date customer success stories
• Accelerate profitable growth by designing sales enablement program that utilizes customer marketing assets to drive sales leads, brand awareness, demand, loyalty, and to close bigger deals faster
• Create customer marketing collateral to support sales, product marketing, client success, public relations, content
• Manage quarterly and annual customer satisfaction surveys to drive change throughout the organization
• Create special marketing content for account management/customer success to help at-risk customers with training
• Target happy customers for upsell, cross-sell, and advocacy opportunities
• Provide product feedback given by advocates to the Product Management team

• 3-5 years of experience in a customer success and/or marketing, sales
• Fluent in Swedish and English or German and English
• Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills
• Ability to multi-task and work on several projects, often under tight timelines, while consistently delivering results
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder communication and engagement skills
• Outstanding customer relationship-building skills
• Strong program development and management capabilities
• Flexible, can-do attitude
