The position
We are looking for an exceptional individual who is able to flawlessly manage Customer Service and Support. You are organized, well-structured, eager to learn and you always go the extra mile for customers. We?re based in Stockholm but have customers all over the world, so English is a requirement.
If you?re interested in Marketing, Sales and Social Media, that?s really great as we expect you to grow in your role and take on more responsibility as we go.
Qualifications
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Great communication skills
• You don?t wait for problems to go away - you fix them!
• Able to communicate professionally in Swedish and English (understanding other Scandinavian languages is also a plus)
• Customer service experience not required but welcome
• We prefer applicants with an academic degree
