Mayor responsibilities
Founded in 1946 in South Africa Safmarine Container Lines, part of the global Maersk group provides containerized shipping service to and from fast-growing and emerging markets such as Africa, Middle East, the Indian Subcontinent and South America. Today it exist over 1.200 Safmariners in 90 countries around the world. As a Customer Experience Partner you will work in an international and challenging business environment characterized by strong customer focus, high pace and dynamic team as well as diversity.

Your main responsibilities will include:
• to deliver a positive customer experience for all customers and to ensure a smooth exaction of the shipment lifecycle by working closely with the customer and internal teams.
• Hunt leads and follow up on opportunities for new customers, lost or inactive accounts as well as regular accounts. This includes conducting campaigns and sales promotions across customer opportunities.
• Identify when leverage of external sales face to face interaction would benefit the customer relationship or where large potential profitability has been identified.
• Ensure all products and services are sold to the customer to maximize Safmarine profitability.
• Build strong relationships with all stakeholders including effectively handover of terms and conditions agreed with customers to our global service centre team.
• Be fully responsible for customer satisfaction and experience on interaction with customers.
• Promoting the Safmarine brand in daily interactions through various channels and agreed media.

Who are we looking for
We are looking for someone who has working experience within the shipping industry and understands the processes of shipping well. If you have an education within logistics this is an advantage. You need to be able to speak and write fluently in English and Swedish. As an experienced computer user and used to work in customer service, you will quickly get into your new duties.

As a person you are customer-oriented and service-minded where you are driven to deliver exceptional service. Furthermore, you are a team player with good communication skills who likes to interact with other people. This is a role with a lot of responsibility and you have to be self-motivated and comfortable within that kind of position.

About the employment
The employment as Customer Experience Partner will be as a consultant with immediate start. The employment will be within Adecco Sweden. To begin with the assignment is for 6 months with a good chance of prolongation.
