Your assignment
We are looking for you who want to work as a Costumer Contact.
As Customer Contact, you mainly work with order management, export management, invoicing and shipping of consumable products. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for ensuring a fast and efficient flow from our global Distribution Center to our sales companies and regional distribution centers. High-quality and punctual deliveries are important.
We are looking for temporary workers who can work full-time, during the day, during weeks 22-35.
Your profile
We are looking for you with ongoing or completed post-secondary education, in e.g., supply chain or logistics (or equivalent work experience). Experience from similar tasks is meritorious.
To thrive in the role of Customer Contact, you need to be precise, service-oriented and always have a customer focus. You find it easy to make contact with people and have good communication skills. You enjoy working both independently and in a group.
Linguistic skills in English, both spoken and written, are a requirement. Swedish is meritorious.
Please note that we apply drug and alcohol testing to final candidates prior to employment.
Location
The position is located in Fagersta, Sweden. You need to be able to get to work if you live elsewhere.
