THE JOB - We aim to build the best customer service team in the global market. Being part of this requires you to have standard industry knowledge and an amazing 6th sense to serve customers.
PERSONAL QUALITIES - We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, outgoing professionals with a high level of customer awareness. You also have the ability to pay attention to detail, to be motivated by goals and achievements. Not afraid to take feedback and always with a warrior spirit!
PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES - You need to have a relevant education/experience from the travel industry. A proven work experience with Amadeus and/or Worldspan, is considered a merit. Other strengths are certification in IATA and/or BSP. It is a requirement to be fluent in English and preferably in one other European language, such as French, German or Dutch.

Working hours/Duration
1-2 employments, fulltime with placement in Malmö and start during springtime 2008.
1-2 fulltime contracts with placement in South Africa during a period of at least one year, with start sometime during 2008.
