• You ideally have experience from customer service and/or sales.
• We value most your drive and passion but it 's an extra plus if you have experience within: - Clothing retail - E-commerce - Children's products - Sales - Customer care
• It is a must that you enjoy both sales and service and understand the benefits of being successful in both areas.
• You enjoy working in a high pace environment and being involved in projects such as increasing customer satisfaction or improving routines and processes, - all to enable us to deliver the best solutions possible to our customers.
• The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated team player with drive who is determined to deliver results.
• You are an executing doer who understands that the details make a difference.
• You have an excellent command in one of the below mentioned languages and additional language skills are a plus.
• You have a customer first mindset and understand that your role as a CS team member is a key position in the business! You need to be outgoing and comfortable communicating with customers via phone, chat, e-mail and social media.
• We value social skills and team players to be able to succeed in this new task for The Luxury Kids Group
We look for team members with the following different language skills in both verbal and vocal excellence: All Nordic languages, Russian, English, Korean, Chinese, Arabic.

The position involves supporting customers in our different companies: Babyshop, OiiDesign & AlexandAlexa and we put together a team from scratch in our new premises.
The Luxury Kids group are: Babyshop, OiiDesign & AlexandAlexa.
Babyshop.com was founded in 2006 and is now one of the leading e-commerce companies within the premium segment for children's clothing and products in Europe.
The Luxury Kids Group offers an exclusive shopping experience and excellent customer service with the best mixture of high-quality and own designed brands. It is a dynamic, rapidly growing company and therefore we are looking for a Multilingual customer care and sales team.
To continue to give our customers a great experience we are moving our Customer Service to our Warehouse location in Jönköping. One of our strengths is knowledge about our collections and that we have our warehouse for all markets located in Sweden.
We want to continue to give our customers the best possible help while shopping with us, continue to develop our employees as well as growing with our customer needs and expectations.

We are hiring full time employees day and evening shifts as well as extra staff weekends and holidays. Daytime - full time contract Evenings - full time contract Weekends - part time, hourly payed
