It provides a complete range of services with the aim of maximizing customers' productivity. The division focuses on spare parts supply, professional service, support solutions and training. It has distribution centers in China, Sweden and the United States, and is based in Sweden.
Position objective Mining and Rock Excavation Service (MRS) division has the vision to be the best service provider for customers in the Mining and Rock Excavation industry and the marketing department has a big role in this. Right now we are looking for a Custom Engineered Solution Specialist (CES). This role reports functionally to the Global Product & Portfolio Manager and operationally to the team leader for the CES team. In this position you are the CES specialist to coordinate upgrades and rebuilds of equipment and vehicles from the Capital divisions and other objects where Atlas Copco core products could be used. You will be the case holder inside MRS and responsible for the work to come up with a safe profitable solution. This position is a 12 month temporary assignment focusing on SED product solutions but dependent on the applicants' experience, the position could be flexible into URE products solutions. A great asset in this position will be technical engineering skills and a problem solving attitude. Mission ·Responsible from order to delivery for CES hub Örebro ·Manage and maintain our customer relations ·Pricing of Custom Engineered Solution. ·Manage and develop the order process via tools like Machine order (MO) together with Product Management. ·Work with sourcing, engineering and production to manage the CES production schedule including assignment of production slots and serial numbers. ·Responsible for technical solution together with the Capital Engineering departments and/or the MRS Engineering team to facilitate the upgrade/ rebuild ·Contribute to the development of the MRS engineering department and belonging processes. ·Customer visits to support this business. Personality requirements ·You shall be a flexible person with a multi-tasking mind and interested to work close together with Customer and our Customer Centers in an international environment. ·Problem solver with a drive for technical solutions ·Analytical and self-managed ·Excellent communication skills. Knowledge & Experience ·Engineering degree in mechanics or similar knowledge based on experience ·Field and application experience from drilling applications ·M3, Teamcenter and Machine order (MO) system experience is an asset ·Business experience from Parts and Service area Good knowledge of English, verbally and in writing is essential.
