hela Sverige Stockholm Headhunting has been commissioned to find a Senior .NET Developer who can take on the role as their next CTO. Seezona is a Swedish start-up that has created a fashion platform for high-end fashion online. By customizing the latest and most popular fashion features in a single website, the shopping experience is created to be as smooth as possible. Seezona offers various types of inspiration such as using image recognition, filtering, user-generated content and various mood boards. Seezona is taking a big step towards their goals and thus looking for a CTO who can strengthen them in that journey.
About the role
As the CTO at Seezona you will have full technical responsibility and mandate to take the technical decisions necessary. You will be the link between management and the development team. Your responsibilities will include architectural decisions but also design, integration and to cater for the product needs. Therefore it is important that you are passionate about code and still want to work hands on. Seezona is planning to expand their development team and this will be one of your challenges.
What Seezona are looking for
The person Seezona is looking for has at least four years of experience of .NET development as well as a passion for frontend, as the role gives you the opportunity to work with the entire stack. Experience of modern development methods such as Agile, MVC and TDD is preferable but not required. Experience of Azure or similar solutions is a plus since their platform is cloud-based. Preferable you have been working in a startup before and are willing to get your hands dirty.
As a person you are social, communicative and passionate about technology. You are naturally leading and you want to influence and develop the business. You enjoy working in teams towards common goals and want to develop together with your colleagues. You appreciate working in an agile way and get motivated by working in a startup and its flexible and dynamic environment. Since Seezona consists of an international team, it is important that you master the English language well.

In order to meet most of the interests of Seezona's complex user base, Seezona offers various types of inspiration such as using image recognition, filtering, user-generated content and various mood boards, to name a few. The platform started to take shape a few years ago and has since then been developed in a sophisticated way to meet the company's ambition goals. It was launched in 2016 and the company is already collaborating with several international top bloggers, which has proven to be successful marketing efforts in order to create customer engagement.
